At Studiorra, we are committed to providing high-quality Wix Studio templates and professional support to enhance your web design experience. As our products are digital and instantly accessible upon purchase, we maintain the following refund policy.
1. General Refund Policy

Refunds are only granted if a purchased template does not function as described and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.

Refunds are not provided for personal dissatisfaction, change of preference, or failure to use the product.

Subscription fees for Essentials, Elite, or Business plans are non-refundable unless the request meets the outlined criteria.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests must meet all of the following conditions:

The template has a functional defect or does not work as described.

The user has contacted Studiorra Support and provided the necessary details and screenshots of the issue.

Our support team has been given reasonable time to troubleshoot and resolve the issue but was unable to fix it.

The refund request is submitted within 30 days of the original purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Cases

Change of mind after purchase.

Accidental purchases or failure to use the template.

Lack of Wix Studio knowledge (Our courses and support can assist with this).

Subscription renewals (users are responsible for canceling before the next billing cycle).

Violations of our Terms & Conditions, including unauthorized reselling of templates.

If a user has downloaded multiple templates before requesting a refund, it may be denied.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@studiorra.com with the subject line "Refund Request – [Your Order Number]" and provide:

Your Studiorra account email

The template name and purchase date

A detailed explanation of the issue and supporting screenshots
Refund requests are reviewed within 7 business days, and eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
5. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account.

Canceling a subscription prevents future charges, but does not qualify for a refund of past payments.

Once canceled, access to templates and courses will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
6. EU Consumer Rights Compliance
As Studiorra is a registered commercial name under TradinGo SARL-S, Luxembourg, we comply with EU consumer protection laws. Digital products are exempt from the EU right of withdrawal once downloaded or accessed. However, we ensure fair refund policies within the limitations of digital goods.
7. Changes to the Refund Policy
Studiorra reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and updated on our website.
