Studiorra provides premium Wix Studio templates, courses, and support for agencies, freelancers, and businesses. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our services and website and comply with European laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and subscribe to our services.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• Providing false information may result in account termination.

• Studiorra processes personal data in compliance with GDPR regulations. You have the right to access, rectify, and delete your personal data. More details are provided in our Privacy Policy.

• Studiorra offers different subscription plans (Essentials, Elite, and Business).

• Payment is processed via Stripe and is billed monthly or annually based on your selection.

• Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled before the renewal date.

• You can cancel your subscription anytime, but no refunds will be issued for unused periods.

• All payments and financial transactions are processed in compliance with EU financial regulations.

• Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Studiorra’s templates for personal and commercial projects.

• You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense our templates.

• Templates can be used for client projects, but you cannot resell them as standalone assets.

• All intellectual property rights remain with Studiorra.

• Refunds are only issued if a template does not function as described and we are unable to resolve the issue.

• We do not offer refunds based on personal dissatisfaction or change of preference.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase and include proof of the issue.

• Refunds will be processed in compliance with EU consumer protection laws.

• All content, including templates, branding, and materials on Studiorra, is the exclusive property of Studiorra and protected by copyright laws.

• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of our assets is strictly prohibited.

• Reselling or bundling our templates as your own products.

• Using Studiorra’s content for unlawful purposes.

• Sharing your account access with others.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or misuse our platform.

• Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or legal action.

Studiorra reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if users violate these Terms & Conditions. No refunds will be provided for terminations due to misconduct.

• Studiorra is not responsible for any business losses, revenue loss, or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services.

• We do not guarantee that our templates or services will be error-free or meet all individual user needs.

• Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted under EU laws and regulations.

10.1. Enrollment in the Program
 

• By joining the Studiorra Affiliate Program (hereinafter referred to as "Program"), you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this section. Participation in the Program is subject to compliance with these Terms & Conditions. To enroll, you must register through our affiliate platform (GoAffPro) and provide accurate account details, including payment information. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.

​10.2. Commission Structure & Payouts
 

• Affiliates earn up to 10% commission per successful referral when a user subscribes to a Studiorra plan through their unique affiliate link.

• Commissions are tracked through our partner affiliate tracking system and are only awarded for successful payments.

• Commissions are paid once per month via PayPal or bank transfer, provided the minimum payout threshold ($100) is met.

• ​If a referred customer requests a refund, the corresponding commission will be deducted from the affiliate’s balance.
   

10.3. Affiliate Responsibilities & Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates may promote Studiorra using their unique referral links, banners, or discount codes provided in the affiliate dashboard.

Prohibited promotional methods:
​

• Misleading or false advertising about Studiorra.

• Using paid ads (Google, Meta, etc.) to bid on Studiorra’s brand name or variations.

• Spamming, email abuse, or unethical marketing practices.

Studiorra reserves the right to terminate an affiliate account immediately if:
 

• The affiliate engages in fraudulent activity or violates our promotional guidelines.

• False claims, misleading marketing, or brand misrepresentation are detected.

• The affiliate attempts to manipulate or misuse the program.

• Upon termination, unpaid commissions may be forfeited at Studiorra’s sole discretion.

10.5. Modifications to the Program

• Studiorra reserves the right to modify commission rates, program rules, or payment structures at any time. Affiliates will be notified in advance of any significant changes. Continued participation after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of Studiorra after modifications constitute acceptance of the revised terms. Users will be notified of significant changes via email, in accordance with GDPR guidelines.
